Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Effective date: February 5, 2026

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. One reschedule per booking is permitted.

Sessions start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be accommodated when possible, but the session may still end on time.

No-shows are considered fulfilled sessions and are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.
